Where we operate
Brixzer Solutions is a Malaysian-registered entity (SSM Registration SA0649234-A) operating exclusively from Kuala Lumpur. Our VAs, training programs, payroll administration, account coordination and operations team are all based at our Kuala Lumpur office. We do not maintain offices, staff, or a place of business in Australia.
Our clients are Australian real estate agencies. We currently serve agencies based in Melbourne, regional Victoria, and select markets in New South Wales and Queensland. All services are delivered remotely from Malaysia — from client onboarding and platform training through to day-to-day VA productivity coordination and check-ins.
Response times
During Australian business hours, new consultation requests are typically responded to within four hours. Emails outside business hours will be addressed the next business morning. Urgent existing-client requests are handled via the dedicated escalation channel.
What to expect next
After you reach out, a Brixzer team member will confirm your request, suggest a time for the initial call, and share a short pre-call prompt so that we can make the conversation as useful as possible. There is no pitch deck and no obligation — just 30 minutes of focused discovery.
