Brixzer Solutions ("Brixzer", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, candidates and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended in 2024.

Personal information is used to: deliver and manage our VA placement services; communicate with clients and candidates regarding engagements; process invoices and payments; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and improve our services and website.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share personal information with: matched client agencies (candidate profiles only, with consent); payroll and HR service providers under confidentiality obligations; legal or regulatory authorities where required by law; and IT service providers operating under data processing agreements.
Cross-border transfers between Australia and Malaysia are conducted in compliance with both the Australian Privacy Act and the Malaysian PDPA.
Brixzer implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted communications and regular security reviews.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Client and candidate records are generally retained for seven years following the end of an engagement, in line with Australian tax record-keeping requirements.
Under applicable law, you may have the right to: access personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations); withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Malaysian Department of Personal Data Protection.
