Where it
began.

I come from 9 years of property management background — and had a front-row view of something I had long suspected but never seen this clearly: the people responsible for keeping thousands of tenancies running were operating at their absolute limit.

The workload is relentless. Legislation changes constantly. Tenants expect immediate responses. Owners want detailed reporting. Inspections stack up. Maintenance requests pile in. All of it lands on the same desk, often managed by a single person.

"The problem wasn't that property managers were incapable. The problem was that they were being asked to do far too much — and the industry had quietly accepted that as normal."

The staffing
problem.

On top of the workload, there was a second problem: finding quality local staff to help was genuinely difficult. The market for trained property management administrators in Victoria is tight. Good people are expensive, hard to retain, and quick to leave when the pressure becomes too much — which it usually does.

When I saw the staffing problem and the workload problem side by side, the answer became obvious: there was a pool of highly capable, administrative professionals in Malaysia who can be trained to understand Victorian real estate workflows, compliance frameworks and technology platforms — and there were agencies in Melbourne and Victoria who desperately needed them.

Brixzer launched with a deliberate focus on Victoria — because property management legislation here is among the most detailed in the country, and getting it right matters. As we grow, we are building the same depth of knowledge for New South Wales, Queensland and beyond. The goal is not to be everywhere at once, but to be genuinely useful wherever we operate.

Why Brixzer
exists.

Brixzer was built to bridge that gap properly. Not as a generic staffing marketplace, but as a specialist service — one that vets, trains and manages the relationship end-to-end, so the agency gets a genuine operational partner, not just a warm body.
